Terms of Service

Retail Sathi (Retail Sathi) use karne se pehle ye Terms padhein. Account banate hi aap in terms se agree karte hain.

1. Service

Retail Sathi ek Local Customer Relationship Management (LCRM) platform hai jo Indian retailers ko WhatsApp aur SMS ke through apne customers se reconnect karne ki suvidha deta hai.

2. Account & activation

• Har shop ko ek-baar activation fee (₹499 ya current rate) deni hoti hai — non-refundable.
• Activation ke baad koi monthly/annual subscription nahi hai — lifetime platform access.
• Messages bhejne ke liye wallet me alag se paisa daalna padta hai (pay-as-you-go).
• Aap apne login credentials ki security ke khud responsible ho.

3. Pay-as-you-go wallet

• WhatsApp aur SMS ke per-message rates admin panel me publish ki gayi rates ke hisab se debit hote hain.
• Rates time-to-time change ho sakti hain — change ke pehle notice diya jayega.
• Message send hote hi wallet debit ho jata hai — delivery ki guarantee carrier / WhatsApp ke rules ke hisab se hoti hai.
• Failed/undelivered messages ke liye ham reasonable efforts karte hain, lekin third-party carrier failures ke liye responsible nahi hain.

4. Acceptable use

• Sirf apne genuine customers ko message karo — bulk spam / purchased lists strictly prohibited.
• WhatsApp Business Policy aur TRAI DND regulations follow karna mandatory hai.
• Illegal, misleading, adult, ya political campaign content prohibited hai.
• Violation par account bina notice ke suspend ho sakta hai; activation fee aur wallet forfeit ho sakte hain.

5. Data ownership

Aap ke customers ka data aap ka hi hai. Retail Sathi sirf processing ke liye store aur secure karta hai — hum aap ka data kabhi bech ya share nahi karte. Detail Privacy Policy me hai.

6. Service availability

Ham 99% uptime target karte hain lekin maintenance / third-party outages ke case me temporary downtime ho sakta hai. Iske liye koi liability nahi hai.

7. Limitation of liability

Retail Sathi ki total liability kisi bhi case me pichle 3 mahine me aap ne pay ki gayi total fees se zyada nahi hogi. Indirect damages ke liye ham liable nahi hain.

8. Termination

Aap kabhi bhi account close kar sakte ho. Refund rules Refund Policy me diye gaye hain. Ham terms violation par account terminate kar sakte hain.

9. Governing law

Ye terms India ke laws ke hisab se governed hain. Disputes jurisdiction: courts of India.
