Retail Sathi ek 100% digital SaaS product hai. Iska access web browser ke through hota hai — koi physical goods ship nahi hote.
Activation timeline
- Razorpay online payment: instant activation (usually 30 seconds ke andar).
- Manual UPI payment: UTR submit karne ke baad admin verification me 15 min – 24 hours.
- Activation ke turant baad aap ka dashboard, features, aur wallet fully accessible ho jate hain.
Wallet recharge timeline
- Razorpay se: instant credit.
- Manual UPI: admin verification ke baad, usually 15 min – 24 hours.
Message delivery
- WhatsApp messages: typically 5–30 seconds me deliver hote hain (WhatsApp API ke through).
- SMS: typically 5–60 seconds me deliver — telecom carrier ke DND / route ke hisab se.
- Delivery reports dashboard me real-time available hain.
