Privacy Policy

Retail Sathi customer data ko seriously leta hai. Ye policy explain karti hai ki hum kya collect karte hain, kyun karte hain, aur kaise protect karte hain.

1. What we collect

  • Shop owner: naam, phone, email, shop details, password (hashed).
  • Customers: naam, phone, DOB / anniversary (agar aap add karo), purchase notes.
  • Usage: login timestamps, campaigns bheje, wallet transactions.
  • Payments: Razorpay order/payment IDs — actual card ya UPI details Razorpay ke paas rehti hain, hamare paas nahi.

2. How we use it

  • Aap ke shop ka account chalane ke liye.
  • Aap ke customers ko aap ki request par WhatsApp / SMS bhejne ke liye.
  • Reports, analytics, wallet accounting ke liye.
  • Fraud prevention aur support ke liye.

Hum aap ka data kabhi bech nahi te, na advertisers ke saath share karte hain.

3. Security

  • Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) aur at rest (managed cloud database).
  • Sensitive credentials (Razorpay keys, Google Sheets tokens) AES-256-GCM se encrypted store hote hain.
  • Access role-based hai — sirf authorized personnel access kar sakte hain.
  • Row-level security policies har database table par active hain.

4. Third-party services

  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • WhatsApp Business API providers — message delivery.
  • SMS gateway providers — SMS delivery.
  • Google Sheets — optional, sirf jab aap connect karo.

Ye services apni respective privacy policies follow karti hain.

5. Retention

Active accounts ka data unlimited store hota hai. Account close hone ke 90 din baad data anonymize / delete kar diya jata hai (except legal / accounting records jo statutorily retain karne padte hain).

6. Your rights

  • Apna data dekh sakte ho (dashboard me), export kar sakte ho (Excel).
  • Customer records edit / delete kar sakte ho.
  • Account delete karne ke liye hello@retailsathi.in par likho.

7. Children

Service 18+ retailers ke liye hai. Ham knowingly minors ka data collect nahi karte.

8. Cookies

Sirf essential cookies use hote hain (session, CSRF). Koi third-party advertising ya tracking cookies nahi hain.
